Modeled after Zamperla’s Rotoshake attraction, RotoShake is another nostalgia-driven project. Seeing the installation at Minnesota’s Mall of America intrigued me as the ride was similar to a traditional Top Spin ride, but the main arms rotated on a different axis. It was a simple ride to animate. Overall just a nice miniaturized project that I could work on to pass the time.
Project Flavor Text
RotoShake is a unique thrill attraction. It features a large rotating arm with a stadium seating. Great thrill for a small-ish footprint.
*Side effects of riding RotoShake A.K.A. Vomitron may include but are not limited to: vomiting, extreme fun, questioning the answer to the universe, a hankering for churros and the like, or a resting thrill face.
